Technical Division:

Microfocus's team of dedicated Technical Specialists has over the years acquired valuable experience to ensure smooth operation of your network. Management has taken steps to ensure that all our Technical Specialists are certified with regular updates and training from our partners. Some of the certifications include:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • RED HAT Linux Certified Engineer (RHCE)

Technical Operations Division:

The Technical Operations Division is responsible in the following areas for our clients:

  • Technical helpdesk support -- providing technical assistance to our clients in areas of PC hardware, software, networks as well as troubleshooting.
